DESIGN 04 | Fountain pen "KARO" with matt black lacquer and platinum finish elements

This wonderful FOUNTAIN-PEN is timeless and elegant, its body is painstakingly engraved with a "KARO" pattern before being lacquered with successive matt-black lacquer-layers. The outcome looks pretty close to a rubber-overcoat and yet it has the durability of metal.
Our favourite finish within the DESIGN04 collection! 
All other metallic parts are finely plated with platinum, insuring an impeccable and  high-class finish. 
The nib is entirely made out of 18ct bicolor gold, thus enabling a much ductile and confortable writing. The pen clip is finely spring-mounted and very well balanced in hand.
