Product information "UN234 - Watchbox for 4 timepieces with submariner"
Underwood(London) and PANERAI have something in common: both brands had their headquarters in Tuscan „FIRENZE“. As PANERAI watches were relaunched, underwood’s owner was among the earlier and most enthusiastic Parenisti. As a matter of fact, the watch cushions in Underwood’s boxes had always been generous in size; and PANERAI opulent timepieces were the very first in the 90s to fully exploit this natural advantage.
The box reference UN234 offers sufficient space for 4 classic-to-large watches; especially if it’s about PANERAI watches. The hi-gloss polished submariner on the box top-lid is reminiscent and an homage to the watch brand PANERAI which was the official timepiece of the Italian Military scuba-diving elite unit in the late 50s.
This rare box had been in production for a short while only, a few years ago, and is much sought after by collectors. We just have a few remaining pieces left; all of them in the dark chocolate brown color with croco-embossed pattern (a calf skin which is then stamped with this crocodile pattern). The BLACK version is sold-out.
